Psykick LLC (“Psykick,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the Psykick mobile and web application (the “App”) at www.psykick.xyz. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, and your choices. It also includes the Legal & Use Notice that appears in the App, so this page reflects the same standards you see in the product.

You may use some features without creating an account. If you register, we store your progress so you can continue your journey across sessions. We do not sell your personal information and we do not use your data for cross-app tracking or advertising.

Psykick uses artificial intelligence to power parts of the App, including personalized questions, chatbot replies, reflections, and image generation. When you submit text or use AI features, that content may be sent to third-party AI providers (such as OpenAI) solely to deliver the feature you requested. By submitting content to the App, you consent to this processing.
AI-generated content: Content generated by Psykick uses artificial intelligence and is intended for personal reflection and creative exploration. Generated content should not be relied upon as factual, medical, legal, or professional guidance.
We do not permit third-party AI providers to use your App content to train their models for unrelated purposes, to the extent we can contractually restrict such use. We do not share your personal information with third-party AI for advertising or profiling.
Non-custodial use: Psykick is a non-custodial application. Psykick does not store private keys, move funds, execute transactions, or provide financial services.
Read-only wallet visibility: Any wallet connection is strictly read-only and used solely to display publicly available blockchain data. Psykick never requests permission to transfer, trade, or control digital assets.
Feature access: Certain features may require holding specific digital assets. Asset ownership is verified passively and does not grant ownership, equity, governance, or financial rights in Psykick.
No financial advice: Psykick does not provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. All features are provided for informational and creative purposes only.
To maintain platform stability, prevent abuse, and ensure fair access, Psykick enforces automated usage limits on certain features, including AI-powered requests and image generation.
Usage activity may be measured on a per-user basis solely to apply these limits and protect system integrity. This information is not used for advertising, profiling, or third-party sharing, and is not accessible to other users.
Usage data is processed under strict access controls and retained only as necessary for operational and security purposes.
Psykick operates under reasonable usage caps designed to preserve service availability and performance for all users. These caps may apply to overall request volume or specific features.
Psykick reserves the right to enforce, adjust, or apply these limits automatically. Attempts to circumvent usage caps, exploit system behavior, or interfere with platform safeguards may result in temporary restriction or suspension of access.
We use trusted third-party services to operate the App. These may include:
These providers process data on our behalf only as needed to deliver the App. We require that they protect your information in a manner consistent with this Privacy Policy and applicable law. We do not sell personal information to third parties.
Your data is stored using industry-standard cloud infrastructure, primarily in the United States. We take reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
You use the App at your own risk regarding the sensitivity of information you choose to share. Please do not share information in the App that you would not want processed for the features you use, including AI features.
We retain your account and saved journey data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the App. Usage data used for rate limiting and security is retained only as long as necessary for those purposes.
You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data by contacting us (see below). We will respond within a reasonable time and delete or anonymize data unless we must retain it for legal, security, or operational reasons.
The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.
If you access the App from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate. By using the App, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in those locations.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised policy on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy where permitted by law.
